Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. International shipping is not yet available.
Shipping costs
• Free standard shipping on US orders over $50
• $6.95 flat rate on US orders under $50
• Expedited shipping available at checkout (rates calculated by carrier)
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery time
After processing, delivery takes:
• Standard shipping: 3–6 business days (USPS Ground or USPS Priority)
• Expedited shipping: 2–4 business days (DHL Express or UPS)
Total time from order to doorstep: typically 4–8 business days for standard, 3–6 days for expedited.
Fulfillment
Products ship from our fulfillment partner’s US warehouses in New Jersey and California. We choose the closer warehouse to your address to minimize transit time.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact hello@fernpaw.co.
Delays
We’re not responsible for delays caused by:
• Carrier issues (weather, strikes, holidays)
• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
• Customs (for territories like Puerto Rico, Guam)
If your package is more than 14 business days late, email us and we’ll investigate.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package:
1. Check with neighbors and your local post office (packages are sometimes scanned early)
2. Wait 48 hours — most “lost” packages turn up
3. If still missing, email hello@fernpaw.co within 7 days. We’ll work with the carrier to file a claim or send a replacement at our discretion.
Address changes
We can update your shipping address only if the order hasn’t shipped yet (within ~2 hours of placement). Email hello@fernpaw.co immediately if you need to correct an address.
